The shipping costs calculated on the website apply to the 48 continental United States unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are for individual items shipping separately. We will attempt to package in a minimum of boxes. Our system assumes that small items ship USPS. If you require a specific form of shipping, please specify in the comments box at the time of order.
